The big budget American TV series, Legend of the Seeker, is being shot in Henderson, injecting more than $10 million into the local economy.
Producer Rob Tapert, knows all about shooting in New Zealand. He spent most of the 1990s in the country making Hercules and Xena and married Lucy Lawless.

Aussie Actor Takes Lead Role

Australian actor Craig Horner has just been cast playing Richard Cypher, the Seeker, in the The new adventure-fantasy series ‘Legend of the Seeker’.
The series is produced by co-creators Sam Raimi (who also directed Spiderman) and Rob Tapert of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess.
